The PTO Father-Daughter Dance was held this past Saturday. Thank you to all of those who came out in support of our princesses for a “Night in the Stars.” Our young ladies had a wonderful time! Pictures will be in next week’s newsletter.

We are selling school yearbooks for $12. They will be available May 8th. Should you wish to order one for your child, please send in the payment in cash, check or money order to St. Joseph Catholic School. There are a limited number of year books available, therefore, you need to get your order and payment in as soon as possible.

CINCINNATI OPERA

The Cincinnati Opera will present its first-ever West-End performance on Friday evening, May 8, from 7:00-8:00 p.m. It is free and open to the public on a first come, first served basis and will be held at the New St. Paul Missionary Baptist Church, 1907 Freeman Avenue between York and Dayton Streets. Seating capacity is nearly 500.

THE HIT MEN

The Greater Cincinnati Performing Arts Society will present the Hit Men which features former stars of Frankie Valli and the Four Seasons at the McAuley Performing Arts Center Saturday May 9 at 7:30 PM. CHRIS MACK BASKETBALL CAMP

Xavier University will be hosting the Chris Mack Basketball Camp starting in June. There will be 3 sessions for boys in grades 2-9. PNC CHALLENGE CAMP

Boys Scouts of America is proud to presents its Challenge Camp for Scouts and Non-Scouts between the ages of 8 and 14. The cost is free and transportation will be provided. VOLLEYBALL CAMP

St. Ursula Academy’s Volleyball Camp will be held June 8, 9 and 10 at St. Ursula Academy. They will hold two sessions this year to facilitate the younger students, as well as the older students. Students entering grades three through six in 2015 will go from 9:00-12:00. Students entering grades seven through nine in 2015 will go from 12:30-3:30. The cost of $110.00 includes a t-shirt. SUMMER PROGRAMS AT PEASLEE

Peaslee is focusing its mission of educating, enriching, engaging, and empowering our youth ages 11-15 in its new summer camp program, Agents of Change.
